Memphis medical device makers aim to steer Bartlett High students into vocational training and $60,000 jobs. This is being done as part of a broader strategy put together by the GMMDC to create a pipeline of skilled workers to the Medical Device Industry.
The Greater Memphis Area contains the second largest cluster of Orthopedic and Spine Medical Device companies in the nation. As this industry continues to expand, innovative solutions to the workforce needs are being developed.
