In SmartAsset's yearly ranking, Bartlett, TN came in as the second healthiest housing market in the state. SmartAsset explains "a healthy housing market is both stable and affordable," so the statistics that were used relate to the market's stability, affordability, fluidity and risk. Below are some of the numbers that put Bartlett near the top of the list.

Average days on Market: 74.6
Homes Decreasing in Value: 6.4%
Average Homes with Negative Equity: 8.9%
Home Costs as % of Income: 19.2%

There are many housing options in Bartlett. Whether you want a zero lot line, or you want to spread out on an acre lot, Bartlett contains a variety of options that come at a variety of price points. In 2018 the average price of a home sold in Bartlett was $228,000. The lowest price home sold was $32,500 and the highest price was $484,000.
